a. Welcome Series Flow

This is the first interaction a new subscriber or customer has with your brand, and it should make a great first impression.

  • Create the Flow:
    • In Klaviyo, go to Flows and click Create Flow.
    • Choose Welcome Series template or create a new flow from scratch.
  • Set Triggers:
    • Trigger the flow for new sign-ups to your email list or new customers who made their first purchase.
  • Design Emails:
    • Send a series of 2-4 emails introducing your brand, offering a welcome discount, and showcasing your best products.
    • Personalize these emails based on customer data synced from Shopify.

b. Abandoned Cart Flow
